29 CFR I 926.2 l(b )(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury a) BAPS Northeast-Front Lot, 100 North Main St. Robbinsville, NJ 08691: Employees were not properly trained on operations and safety procedures on the Case Construction Backhoe (model# 580SN, serial #BUR1025826). The employees were not trained on the operation of the equipment such as but not limited to setting the parking brake and shutting off the equipment when exiting the backhoe. Occurred on or about September 23, 2022.a) BAPS Northeast-Front Lot, 100 North Main St, Robbinsville, NJ 08691: Employees were not properly trained on operations and safety procedures on the Case Construction Backhoe, model # 580SN, serial #BUR1025826.
