29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips, and sparks: Employee(s) are exposed to caught-in-between hazards. This was most recently documented on or about September 24, 2022, when an employee repairing a kong roll, using a Windup 10 machine was caught in between the kong roll's male clutches and the windup 10 machine's female clutches that were in the process of engaging. The Windup 10 machines are not provided with machine guarding to prevent employees' exposure to caught-in-between hazards.
