29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Dollar General Corporation/ Dolgencorp, LLC, 516 Veterans Boulevard, Derma, MS 38839 - The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent obstruction hazards as demonstrated on or about September 22, 2022, on the sales floor, where employees move, work, and stock merchandise. In that, the exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed due to merchandise, boxes of product, rolltainers and U-boats with merchandise. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565322, citation number 2, item number 1 b and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2022, which respect to a workplace located at 10757 U.S. 11 Adams, New York.
