29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exist. (a) At 1002 Boss Hardy Road, Winder GA; On or about September 15, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that an inspection of the jobsite was made to identify any hazards that may be encountered by an employee operating equipment on site, exposing an employee to a struck-by and crushed by hazards.
