29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: Location: work room floor On or about 9/20/2022, an employee was observed operating the Gramatech sealer machine that did not have any guarding at the point of operation exposing the employee to injury. The Intercept Medical was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576739, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/11/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3560 Lafayette Rd , Portsmouth NH 03801.
