29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: a. At a temporary worksite located at 1204 Orange Circle North in Orange Park, Florida 32073: On or about September 15, 2022, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employee, while using pneumatic nail guns to install roofing shingles.
