29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person a) 1 Owl Court, Evesham Township, NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below when they were not utilizing personal fall arrest systems while installing a new residential roof. The condition was observed on or about September 16, 2022. The Sequeira Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 19260501 B13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1535171, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/01/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Heather Dr. Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
