29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(1): The employer did not make sure that the materials being hoisted when employees were hooking, unhooking, or guiding the load were rigged to prevent unintentional displacement. a) At the construction/demolition site at/near 1331 E Mckay St., Tampa, FL 33602, on or about 09/16/2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushing hazards from falling materials, in that, employees were exposed to unsecured pieces of concrete while de-rigging concrete loads.
