29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): Employee(s) engaged in operating the Caterpillar powered industrial trucks at 15320 W. 87th Street Parkway, Lenexa, Kansas were exposing employees and contractor employees in the area to struck-by hazards. The employer failed to provide powered industrial truck training to employee(s) operating the Caterpillar powered industrial truck.
