29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: At the FedEx location at 3530 Industrial Drive, Joplin MO employees were exposed to pinch-point hazards on the east/west conveyor sprocket and chain located on the south side of the warehouse while conducting maintenance, when procedures for control of hazardous energy were not utilized. This was documented on or about 8/22/2022 which resulted in employee hospitalization and amputation.
