29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Maaco - Body Shop Front Area - On or about September 2, 2022, the exit access of the Exit Route was partially blocked by a vehicle being worked on as well as parts and equipment stored up against the wall. The Exit Route was not kept free and unobstructed as required by this section. b) Maaco - Body Shop Front Area - On or about September 2, 2022, the exit discharge of the Exit Route was partially blocked by used car parts stored up against the outside of the exit door. The Exit Route was not kept free and unobstructed as required by this section. c) Maaco - Body Shop Back Area - On or about September 2, 2022, the exit access of the Exit Route was partially blocked by a stationary tool chest and other shop equipment. The Exit Route was not kept free and unobstructed as required by this section. d) Maaco - Paint Storage Room - On or about September 2, 2022, the exit discharge of the Exit Route was partially blocked by vehicles parked in the parking lot directly outside the exit door. The Exit Route was not kept free and unobstructed as required by this section. e) Maaco - Prep Area - On or about September 2, 2022, the exit access of the Exit Route was blocked by vehicle parts on folding part stands. The Exit Route was not kept free and unobstructed as required by this section. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
