29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9):Compressed gas cylinders were not secured in an upright position at all times: a) Renick Brothers Construction Company, 100 Hospital Dr., Dubois, PA, 15801 on or about September 8th, 2022 and times prior thereto: A compressed gas cylinder of acetylene was free standing and not secured by any device to prevent the cylinder falling, rolling, or getting knocked over in 1st floor treatment room area. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
