29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: (a) On or about 09/07/2022, 6125 University Drive, Huntsville, AL 35806, NE Section inside the building, employees working on a live 3 phase 480-volt circuit supplying a HVAC were exposed electrocution hazards because the employer did not have each affected employee use the types of PPE identified by the employer that protected the affected employee from the hazards associated with working on live electrical circuits.
