29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface. If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard was corrected or repaired: a) On or about September 6, 2022, and at times prior thereto; in the Hammer Forge department, where employees were not protected from a slipping hazard while working and walking on the slippery floor that was not repaired or guarded.
