29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 11687 Begonia Drive, Plain City, OH 43064: On or about August 31, 2022, employees working on a residential framing project were not protected by accident prevention programs designed to address common residential construction hazards, which exposed them to fall and struck-by hazards. MMD Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442754, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 22, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 988 Zeller Drive, Lot 615, Pickerington, OH 43147. MMD Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1390339, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 18, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 12365 Ebright Lane in Pickerington, Ohio.
