29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(K): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive training on refueling: On or about August 30, 2022, and times prior thereto, the employer did not train employees on refueling the forklift with gasoline. The operators were only trained on propane exchanges and not gasoline, exposing them to fire hazards.
