OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees operating Poogee's Penguine Spin Coaster were exposed to a struck by and fall hazard while the ride was operating. 528 Presidential Highway, Jefferson, NH- On or about August 27, 2022 an employee was struck by Poogee's Penguin Spin Coaster and fell approximately 6.5 feet from the platform to the ground.
