29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about September 6, 2022, and at times prior thereto, in the blending area, electrical panels had unused openings in the following instances: a. 480 Volt electrical panel, Panel DB #213, Walker Eng, was missing a knockout; and, b. Square D, Model 6 Control Center, was missing knockouts on buckets 3 and 7.
