29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Dollar General Corporation/ Dolgencorp, LLC at 401 NE 58th Ave, Ocala, FL 34470, as demonstrated on or about August 31, 2022, the employer fails to ensure the exit route door at the store's entrance can be opened from the inside at all times because the automatic sliding double door was disabled and locked, requiring employees to unlock the door by turning the knob and manually pull them apart to exit, which exposes employees to fire and entrapment hazards.
