29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer does not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: a) 704 Tiger Trail, Lot 117 Wyndham Village, Opelika, Alabama: On August 30, 2022; The employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.
