29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: At a worksite located at 1156 of the Woodland Trails residential development located in Greenwood, Missouri, an employer exposed employees to head injury hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by not requiring the use of protective helmets.
