1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. 320 Parker St, Springfield, MA: On August 29. 2022 and at times prior, employees performed maintenance and product unjamming on the mainline conveyor machine and the energy control procedure (LOTOP-050) for the mainline strapper machine did not include location of the electrical and pneumatic disconnects for the conveyor.
