29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1):Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition. a.) Punxsutawney Finishing Works, Inc, 1857 Woodland Ave ext., Punxsutawney pa, 15767.; shop area- On or about 08/26/2022 and at times prior thereto, the brake pedal on the Toyota forklift serial #42209 was missing the rubber grip/anti-slip texture on the face of the brake pedal. b.) Punxsutawney Finishing Works, Inc, 1857 Woodland Ave ext., Punxsutawney pa, 15767.; shop area- On or about 08/26/2022 and at times prior thereto, the Toyota forklift serial #42209 was damaged. The damage includes but is not limited to, a large portion of the foam cushion is missing on the front side of the seat.
