OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to and crushing and amputation hazards: Worksite: On or about August 24, 2022, an employee was severely injured after his toes were crushed and later amputated after being crushed from an outrigger of a bucket truck that was being lowered into place.
