29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) On or about August 23rd, 2022, at or near 115 31st Street South Bismarck, North Dakota, for the employees who were operating a JET brand table saw (model-JTAS-10XL-1)(Stock- 708661) and were exposed to amputation hazards due to a missing guard.
