29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a: Perishable Department: On or about August 24, 2022, the emergency exit discharge was obstructed by a trash can, pallets and boxes, restricting employees movement and preventing prompt access to a safe location away from the building. b: Perishable Department: On or about January 31, 2023, the emergency exit access was obstructed by palettize product restricting employees movement thru the exit access and preventing prompt access to the exit.
