29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step. a. Located at 8222 Chesapeake Way, Lot# CHP 027, Pickerington, Ohio: On or about August 24, 2022, the employer failed to instruct an employee not to use the top step and top of the stepladder when they conducted the framing task. The employee was therefore exposed to a fall hazard of approximate six feet to the ground level.
