29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a) Vehicle/equipment maintenance area: On or about 8/24/2022, the employer did not ensure that the walkway in front of the recycled/used oil container was kept clean, in that there was an oil spill in front of the container that created a slip, trip and fall hazard.
