29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a. Located at 260 Whitetail Trail, Johnstown, OH 43031: Agners Framing Construction did not provide and enforce an accident prevention program designed to mitigate common construction hazards such as falls and struck-by hazards. Employees were not protected by training, PPE, or accident avoidance/prevention programs while working at heights and with pneumatic equipment. Agners Framing Construction LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1531517, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 161 Crimson Drive, Newark, OH 43055.
