On or about August 23, 2022, USA Investments LLC DBA Phillips 66 exposed at least two employees to electrical and fire hazards from exposed electrical equipment in the kitchen area of Jerry's Caf� and Quick Shop. An electrical wire was not protected by conduit or installed in a neat and workmanlike manner.
