29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On the west side of the work site, on or about August 17, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in roofing activities on an 8:12 pitch roof without fall protection were expose to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 22-feet to the ground below.
