29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about August 16, 2022, the employer did not maintain all surfaces free of combustible dust accumulation such as but not limited to warehouse production floor, rockwall top surface. This condition exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
