29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: In the Main Plant, employee(s) engaged in food production activities were not provided with an eye wash station for flushing of the eyes and for immediate emergency use. Hazardous chemicals used onsite included but were not limited to warewashing detergent and high foam degreaser, which are corrosive.
