29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a- Building Exterior: An employee was observed being raised within a caged basket of a JLG Skytrak Rough Terrain Vehicle, Serial #10054 exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the asphalt below as a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 08/13/2022
