29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6):The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): On or about August 4, 2022 at jobsite located in 836 N. York Ave. Elmhurst, the employer did not ensure that employees who were authorized to operate the Pettibone lift truck were certified. The employee had not been trained and evaluated as required. No forklift training or certification has been conducted at the worksite. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
