29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: On or about August 11, 2022, employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet while using a stairway to access the second story/top plate, and the employer did not install at least one handrail, on a residential construction site in Savoy, Illinois.
