29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Dolgencorp LLC. dba Dollar General located at 2815A Ridge Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19121, Stock room: On or about August 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the exit route in the stock room was maintained free of obstructions. The emergency exit door was obstructed from the outside by U-boat platform trucks with empty cardboard boxes. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1601808, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1106 W. Jackson St. Thomasville, GA 31792.
