1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: a. Assembly Room - On or about July 20, 2022, a sanitation temporary staffing worker had not been trained in lockout/tagout as an affected employee, thereby exposing the employee to hazards of an ingoing nip point on the Production Line #1 conveyor and resulting in a left index fingertip amputation while cleaning a conveyor roller.
