OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards: (a) On or about 08/01/2022, and at times prior, 3450 County Road 81, Fort Payne, AL 35967, in Warehouses 10 and 15, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards because multiple racking system columns had been damaged in an area where Crown Model SP Series 3500 Stock Pickers navigate the aisle to sort, store, and retrieve furniture.
