29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6):Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: On or about July 25, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that powered industrial vehicle operators looked in the direction of travel and kept a clear path of travel. Employees working within the main hall of Section "C" were exposed to struck-by hazards associated with PIV operations. By failing to maintain a clear path of travel, an employee incurred several lacerations and fractures to their lower left leg.
