29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): Location - 130 Crescent Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150 - Freezer and Warehouse. On or about 8/26/2022, an employee who was operating a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) did not receive adequate training and evaluation on the safe operation of PITs.
