29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 3002 Benton Road, Building 800 Pooler III, Pooler, Georgia: On July 30, 2022; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in roof decking activities were using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 31 feet 5 inches to the ground below. The Cruz General Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1364381, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on April 9, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at The Antiqua, W. Marina Cove Dr., St. Augustine, Florida.
