29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom was maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided. (a) On or about September 1st, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to slipping hazards in basement 1 and 2 from drag system water supply which was being discharged onto the basement floor (b) On or about September 1st, 2022, and at times prior thereto, adequate drainage was not maintained in the Basement #2 tunnel under 22 shop, ,exposing employees to trip and slip hazards
