29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Dollar General Store #15197 - 3102 County Road 220, Middleburg, Florida 32068: The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent obstruction hazards as demonstrated on or about July 26, 2022, on the sales floor, where employees move, work, and stock merchandise. In that, the exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed due to merchandise, boxes of product, rolltainers and U-boats with merchandise. b) Dollar General Store #15197 - 3102 County Road 220, Middleburg, Florida 32068: The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent obstruction hazards as demonstrated on or about July 26, 2022, in the back store room, where employees move, work, and retrieve merchandise. In that, the exit route was not kept free and unobstructed due to merchandise, boxes of product, and rolltainers.
