29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about July 25, 2022, an employee was not protected by a hard hat while working in a trench where overhead hazards existed, exposing the employee to struck-by hazards. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
