29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors. 152 Western Ave., Augusta, Maine - An extension code was run through the wall along a pipe from the warehouse area to the former breakroom. Running extension cords through walls could damage the cord and puts the employees at risk for shocks or fires. The Dollar Tree was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1364477, citation number 1, item number 3(b), and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 579 Troy Schenectady Road, Latham, New York.
