29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2): The employer that produced, used, or stored hazardous chemicals at the workplace in such a way that employees of other employer(s) could be exposed did not ensure that the hazard communication programs included all of the elements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(iii): a) Plant, Green Case Repair Area; on or about June 22, 2022 and at times prior thereto, contractor employees were exposed to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the Hazard Communication Program included information about the methods adopted to a) provide the other employer access to the safety data sheets for each chemical; b) inform the other employer on precautionary measures under normal operation conditions and foreseeable emergencies; and c) inform the other employer(s) on the labeling system used in the workplace to prevent exposure to -heptane, lubricants, silicones, and mold release agents. .
