29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2):Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about July 20th, 2022, in Omaha, Nebraska 68108. The employer indicated that they were using a scaffolding to set trusses for the building that they were framing. The wooden planks on the scaffolding were not at least 18 inches wide.
