29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: On or about July 6, 2022, at the job site located at 551 36TH ST NW, Canton, Ohio 44709; during the installation of a storm water system, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized stepladders (self-supporting ladder) as they were designed for use. Employees utilized stepladders as a non-self-supporting ladder to gain access to an elevated working surface of a concrete manhole being installed.
