29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about July 19, 2022, at a residential construction site in Conroe, TX, employees were engaged in roofing work without fall protection more than 6 feet from the ground below. Benito Cuevas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568401, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 105 Eliana Shore Dr., Katy, Texas 77493. Benito Cuevas was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, found in 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1563021, citation number 2 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/25/2022 with respect to a workplace located at 8105 Ocean Jasper Lane, Texas City, TX 77591.
